The main objective of our projects department is to target major oil, gas, petrochemical, refining, marine, power generation and energy related projects on a global basis and focus on providing an unique service to the major engineering and construction contractors executing these projects.
Noskab has been providing customers with a cable management service on projects since the late 1980's.
Noskab's first success was in 1987 when it was awarded the contract to supply a range of power and control cables to the British Gas Morecambe Bay Gas Project - Value £350K.
Initially the provision of a cable management service was focussed on a single cable package within a UK based project as the support required to deliver the added value services was only available through our UK operations.
Nevertheless this provided customers with significant productivity improvements over the traditional ways of cable supply and reduced cable costs.
Over the last 15 years the marketplace in which Noskab works has changed dramatically and the competitive pressures we are all faced with now demand a new approach by all parties.
Noskab's response to this was to develop our cable management service on a worldwide basis focussing on realising the economies of scale which can be derived from:
- Increased Customer Focus
- A "Turnkey project" Cable Service
The projects division therefore seeks to address the wide ranging needs of customers involved in projects from initial design, through detailed engineering and procurement to delivery and service on the construction/fabrication site.
