North Sea Cables Ltd commenced trading in Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom in 1982. Starting as a distribution company supplying organisations in the North Sea oil industry, Noskab gradually extended its business to manage major cable projects on a worldwide basis.
In March 2003, North Sea Cables Ltd and Noskab Limited were acquired by the MacLean Electrical Group providing a single source option of supply for all cable + electrical accessories and cable products. John MacLean & Sons Electrical (Dingwall) Limited, trading as MacLean Electrical, is a privately owned electrical distributor registered in Scotland. The company has been trading for more than 25 years and during that time has specialized in four main areas of commerce: North Sea Oil and Gas, Roadway and Motorway lighting, Marine electrical supplies and Oil and Gas exports and projects. |
